Information Collected by College Mansion

User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

Recommendations, Invitations and other communications to non-members

College Mansion members/users can recommend or invite applicable person(s) to participate on our site by submitting invitation emails via our automated submission system. College Mansion stores the email addresses that members/users provide so that the respondents may be added to our list of applicants. College Mansion does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides an invitation to participate on our site. Recipients of invitations from College Mansion may contact us to request the removal of their information from our database.

You may prevent College Mansion email invitations and other messages from being sent to any email address you control by sending a single email with the subject "BLOCK" to privacy@collegemansion.com. Please note that the email must come from the account you wish to block.

Financial information

We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for any purchases or sales made on any of our websites, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.

Job applicants

If your personal information is submitted through any of our websites when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We may retain your personal information for a period of time, but only for the purpose of considering your application for current or future available positions. This information may be shared with our sister Mansion Minds companies for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for the particular position or other available positions, as well as with third-party service providers retained by us to collect, maintain and analyze candidate submissions for job postings.
